Free Shipping Across Indonesia
Shipping across Indonesia is now free with no minimum purchase. We ship within 24 hours after purchase confirmation on weekdays, with 1-2 days shipping time for Jabodetabek area, 3-4 days for Java, Bali and Sumatra island and up to 7 days for the rest of Indonesia. Currently, we don't ship outside of Indonesia.
7 Days Money Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we offer 7 days money back guarantee from the moment you receive your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, original receipt and still have the hand-tag. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and the item that is returned more than 7 days after receiving we can't complete the process. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except for returning the approved defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach our warehouse will vary.
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will cover all the shipping cost for the size exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. After we inspected the returned product, we will send it back the right size to you in maximum 3 working days and the shipping cost is covered by us.
Free Exchange for a defective product
All our product is checked through two times quality check (QC) process with International Garment and Fabric Standard with zero tolerance for defects. In any case, if there is still something defective when you receive your product, you don't need to worry. We offer free replacement items if they are defective, damaged or have a quality issue from the manufacturing and production process. You have to notify us within 7 days after you receive your items and we will arrange the return and cover all the shipping. In a limited case which we can't offer replacement of the same items, we will issue a refund in the same amount of the original items purchased value.
