To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We will cover all the shipping cost for the size exchange for online purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For purchase made at retail outlet, you can exchange immediately within 3 days with our staff by bringing the original receipt and the clothes must be in new, unwashed and unused conditions.
Customers outside Indonesia are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or shipping costs associated with returning or exchanged items.
Free Exchange for a Defective Product
All our product is checked through two times quality check (QC) process with International Garment and Fabric Standard with zero tolerance for defects. In any case, if there is still something defective when you receive your product, you don't need to worry. We offer free replacement items if they are defective, damaged or have a quality issue from the manufacturing and production process. You have to notify us within 7 days after you receive your items and we will arrange the return and cover all the shipping.
